Key Features: Discover the Benefits of This Patella Stabilizer Brace

Advanced Patellar Stability

Our J knee brace uses a lateral J-strap and a padded C-shaped buttress to help keep your kneecap tracking as you move. The buttress is reversible, so you can place it on the inside (medial) or outside (lateral) of your knee for support right where you need it.

Versatile Knee Pain Relief

Whether you're dealing with general kneecap pain, patellar subluxation, dislocation, Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome, or Chondromalacia patella, this patellar tracking brace provides adaptable support at every stage of your recovery.

Tailored Comfort That’s Built to Last

Find your perfect fit with our four-part strapping system. Easily adjust the medial, J-Lat, thigh, and calf straps for a snug, secure feel you can wear comfortably all day. Crafted from premium neoprene, this J brace is made to keep up with your everyday routine.

Steady Support With Side Stabilizers

This brace contains four flexible, medical-grade aluminum spiral stays that act as side stabilizers for your knee. They give you a steady, supported feel while still letting you bend and move naturally.

Soothing Compression and Easy Mobility

Gentle neoprene compression adds comforting warmth to sore knees, while the open patella design relieves pressure directly over your kneecap. Need lighter support? Remove the buttress and wear it as an open patella knee sleeve.

Latex-Free and Skin-Friendly

Here at BraceAbility, your comfort comes first. This neoprene knee brace is latex-free and gentle on your skin, making it a great choice for walking, work, sports, and other daily activities where you wear it for longer stretches of time.
