Reflex BOB

The Century Reflex BOB combines the familiar, human-shaped target of BOB with the movement and response of a reflex trainer, creating a dynamic way to work on striking accuracy, timing, reactions, and conditioning.

A repositionable spring lets you change how Reflex BOB responds to each strike. Set the spring higher for quicker movement that challenges speed, timing, and accuracy, or position it lower for a wider, more deliberate swing that encourages harder strikes while giving you more time to read the target, react, and move with it. The height can also be adjusted to better suit the athlete and training session.

A sturdy base system with suction cups and added ballast helps keep Reflex BOB secure as the target moves. The result is a compact, versatile trainer that brings together the precision of a BOB head target and the movement of a reflex bag for a completely different striking experience.
