Due to the handmade nature of this unique product, please allow 12 weeks production and delivery time. We'll keep you updated throughout the creation process and show you photos and/or videos once your miniature pet ornament is ready.

You'll be able to submit any change requests. We will then make the changes and send another preview of your product. If you're happy we'll ship your order only when you tell us that you're 100% happy with the finished product.

We also offer a rush creation option, which reduces delivery from 12 weeks to 10 weeks.

If you chance your mind, you can cancel your order free of charge within 3 days of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after 3 days will be refunded a maximum of 50% of the product price.
