Product details from Magnetar Magnets
The Kids Package is made for children aged 6 to 10 who want to discover magnet fishing under adult supervision. This set includes a 240 lb / 110 kg single-sided magnet, rope, and locking glue, so you can start with a simple and manageable setup. The compact magnet is suited to lighter finds such as keys, coins, and other small metal objects. A smart choice for young beginners who want to learn safely and have fun by the water.
Do you have teens and are you looking to get your kids a slightly stronger magnet? Consider our Starter Package!
The included Classic magnet has a practical size and weight for younger users. Its single-sided magnetic field pulls from one side only, which keeps the setup clear and easy to understand. The steel housing helps protect the magnet during regular use.
This package is built for a calm start, not for heavy underwater finds. It works best for smaller metal objects and short sessions with guidance from a parent or other adult.
The 240 lb / 110 kg pull force is measured under ideal test conditions on clean, thick steel. In real magnet fishing situations, the actual pulling force is usually lower.
