Coral Knock Out® Rose Bush

The Coral Knock Out® Rose Bush is a Vibrant, Low-Maintenance Rose That Blooms from Spring to Frost

The Coral Knock Out® Rose Bush is a stunning and hardy flowering shrub known for its continuous coral-colored blooms and low maintenance nature. Part of the award-winning Knock Out® rose series, this variety features clusters of semi-double flowers that open in a warm brick-orange hue and mature to a soft coral pink. Its lush, bronze-tinted new foliage matures to deep green, creating a beautiful contrast against the bright flowers. Compact and bushy, it’s an ideal choice for landscapes, borders, or container gardens that need a splash of long-lasting color.

A Modern Classic with Continuous Blooms

The Coral Knock Out® Rose Bush reaches about 4 to 5 feet tall and wide, forming a dense, rounded shape perfect for low hedges or mass plantings. Its semi-double flowers have a mild fragrance and attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies. Resistant to black spot, powdery mildew, and rust, this rose remains lush and healthy throughout the growing season with minimal care. Its vibrant blooms and glossy foliage make it an excellent choice for both formal and informal gardens.

Developed by renowned rose breeder William Radler, the creator of the original Knock Out® Roses, this coral variety inherits the same disease resistance and extended bloom cycle that made the series famous. Blooming from late spring until the first frost, the Coral Knock Out® fills your garden with vibrant color for months on end. Each flower flush is followed quickly by another, keeping the plant in nearly constant bloom without the need for deadheading.

Coral Knock Out® Care

The Coral Knock Out® Rose thrives in full sun and adapts to a wide range of well-drained soils. It performs best when planted in fertile soil that stays evenly moist but not soggy. Water deeply during dry spells to encourage strong root growth. This variety is exceptionally hardy and performs well in USDA Zones 5 through 10. Once established, it tolerates drought and heat with ease. Pruning is simple and should be done in early spring to maintain shape and encourage new growth.
