The 16" Cherry Wood Pizza Peel was designed specifically to match the size and power of the Baking Steel PRO. Its extra-wide peel surface gives you the real estate to stretch, top, and launch a full 16" New York–style pizza with ease.

If you're using the Baking Steel Original (which is 14" wide), we recommend sticking with our 14" Cherry Peel. Using this larger 16" peel with a smaller steel can lead to a mismatch: your dough may stretch beyond the baking surface, leaving the crust hanging over the edge of your steel — not ideal.
