Big feelings, wild friends.
My Feelings Matter: Animal Kingdom Edition brings affirmations, activities, and colouring pages together with a cast of friendly animal friends, from lions to koalas to elephants.
Each page pairs a gentle affirmation with a hands-on activity or a big, joyful illustration, giving kids space to build confidence, explore their feelings, and connect with animal friends who feel just like them.
Printed on thick paper with illustrations on one side of the page, so kids can colour, create, and keep their work without worrying about the next activity.
