Saffire Platinum Kamado – Large Ceramic Grill and Smoker

The Large Saffire offers grilling, smoking and baking experiences suitable for most families. With up to 464 in2 of cooking space, the Large is big enough to cook the main course for a party, yet small enough to justify dinner for two. The main cooking grid offers a spacious 284 in2 of cooking space, but add your included Secondary Cooking Grid in for an additional 180 in2! This is the average size that people look for first in a kamado grill and smoker. However, there isn’t anything “average” about this grill. Featuring the Smokin’ Chip Feeder port for the easiest and “on-demand” smoke you will find in any smoker, coupled with the insane insulative properties of the ceramic body and Crucible firebox within. This means that not only does the Large Saffire offer stable temperatures throughout your smoke, but it’s easy to add more smoke at any point in time throughout the cooking experience. Grilling is easy too! Drop half of the cooking grid down near the fire to sear on one half of the grill while you cook on the other, for the ultimate flame-kissed flavor combined with a full-cooked experience. With the Two-Piece Heat Deflector, you can smoke or bake. Bake at 350-400° F for great tasting, smokey bread, or bake at 500 to 600° F for a wood smoked pizza in your own backyard! With this Saffire, you can grill, bake or smoke anything, with less work!

This kamado is covered by Saffire’s Limited Lifetime Warranty for the grill ceramics and 304 stainless steel parts. That’s how much we believe in the durability of your Saffire! The Revolutionary Crucible Kamado Firebox, with our very own twelve fire brick design to relieve stress and reduce breakage, will have you cooking in no time, with less worry about if you ever even need to fill out any forms to get replacement parts. In addition, we have carefully designed every outside component for the ultimate rust-resistance. 304 stainless steel keeps your grill looking great in any weather, all year round, and ceramic featuring fired-on glaze can withstand rain, snow, ice and heat. When other grills begin to rust, bubble or fall apart, your Saffire will continue to stand tall and shine!
