What Are Gelatinized Red Maca Capsules?

Gelatinized Red Maca Capsules contain red maca root (Lepidium meyenii) that has undergone an additional preparation step before being milled into powder and encapsulated. The gelatinization process removes much of the root’s natural starch while retaining the maca in a convenient powdered form.
