Storage and Shelf Life

Store the bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct light and excess heat. The dark amber glass bottle helps protect the extract from light. The shelf life is approximately 2 years when properly stored.

Suggested Use

Hold 1/4 teaspoon (2 full droppers) under the tongue for approximately 30 seconds, up to three times daily. The extract may also be mixed into water, tea, juice, smoothies or another beverage.

A 2 oz bottle contains approximately 48 servings of 1/4 teaspoon. How long one bottle lasts depends on your serving size and how often you use it.
