Vital Core Bundle

The Vital Core Bundle is the pairing most longevity routines start with: Liposomal NMN Capsules and Liposomal Resveratrol, 500 mg of NMN and 250 mg of trans-resveratrol a day.

These are the two molecules that built the field. NMN, nicotinamide mononucleotide, is the compound most longevity research of the past decade has been written about. Trans-resveratrol is the plant compound from grape skins and Japanese knotweed that drew serious research attention to the field in the first place. Both are studied intensively and neither story is finished, so we will describe what is in the capsules and leave the conclusions to the research.

Both are liposomal, and in both cases for a concrete reason rather than as a label. NMN is unstable and resveratrol is fat-soluble and poorly absorbed; wrapping each in liposomes, microscopically small spheres of fat-like material, protects them through the digestive tract. It is a technique taken from pharmacy, and these are exactly the kind of fragile molecules it was developed for.

The NMN is Longevir, produced in Europe. The resveratrol is trans-resveratrol, the form used in the research literature, not a mixed extract.

Three capsules a day: one NMN capsule and the resveratrol capsule with breakfast, the second NMN capsule with lunch. Splitting the NMN is deliberate rather than fussy. The bundle comes as 30 or 60 days.
