Our 7-8mm green cardamom represents the sweet spot between everyday affordability and premium flagship quality. Larger, more aromatic, and higher in essential oil content than 6mm, yet more accessible than the flagship 8mm AGEB (Alleppey Green Extra Bold). Sourced from the same Idukki, Kerala plantations we work with for our full cardamom range.

Storage

Airtight glass jar away from light and heat: 2 years peak aroma. Separate the pods you’ll use this week into a smaller jar to limit the main jar’s air exposure.
