NAD+ Booster

NAD+ Booster is a single daily capsule that brings four ingredients together: 250 mg of nicotinamide riboside, 100 mg of nicotinamide, 160 mg of anthocyanins from bilberry and 10 mg of L-ergothioneine.

Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. One capsule provides 100 mg of nicotinamide, a form of niacin, which is 625% of the daily reference intake.

Nicotinamide riboside is the ingredient people usually come looking for. It is a form of vitamin B3 that has been studied closely over the past decade, and it is included here at a full 250 mg rather than a token amount you would need three capsules to make up.

The other two are less common. Bilberry anthocyanins are the deep red-purple plant pigments the fruit is known for, present at 160 mg. L-ergothioneine is an amino acid found mainly in mushrooms, at 10 mg, and is the kind of ingredient that rarely appears outside specialist formulas because of what it costs to make.

One capsule a day, preferably in the morning with food. The jar holds 30 capsules, so a month is a month. The single capsule matters more than it sounds: a routine you can keep is worth more than a complicated one you abandon in week three.

Additives are limited to bamboo extract, a natural source of silica used to keep the powder flowing, and an HPMC shell, so the capsules are vegan.

The capsules contain no gluten, no added sugar and no animal ingredients. Made in Europe under GMP conditions and tested by an independent laboratory for purity and heavy metals, with a certificate of analysis for every batch.
