Rewind Liquid Collagen

Rewind Liquid Collagen is a ready-to-drink shot: 60 ml carrying 6 grams of hydrolysed bovine collagen and 4 grams of glycine, with vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, anthocyanins, L-ergothioneine, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and selenium.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Collagen is the structural protein that holds skin, bones and cartilage together, and the body makes less of it with age. Hydrolysed collagen means the protein has been broken into short peptides, which is what makes 6 grams drinkable rather than gelatinous. The glycine at 4 grams is the amino acid collagen is richest in, and it is here at a dose in its own right rather than as a trace.

The rest of the formula is the supporting cast: hyaluronic acid, a molecule found naturally in skin and connective tissue, anthocyanins from berries, the amino acid L-ergothioneine, and selenium alongside vitamins B2 and B6.

A shot is 60 ml, shaken before use and best taken in the evening after your last meal. How often depends on where you are starting from: two to three shots a week between 20 and 35, four to five between 35 and 50, and daily from 50. A box holds 15 bottles.

It tastes of berries, sweetened with 3.6 grams of xylitol rather than sugar. Water, natural berry flavour and potassium sorbate as a preservative complete the list.
